We usually have a two week turn over on our summons and we give immediate attention to garnishments. On Order to Seize Property Orders we notify plaintiff when we have the order in our hands and keep in touch with the plaintiff's attorney. It is our policy to leave our business car on each attempt with our phone number on each of our cases.
